Zenatix is Hiring B. COM/M. COM As Accounts Executive – Invoicing and Collections At Gurgaon Full Time
Responsibilities
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
Requirements
- Proven working experience between 1-3 years as Accounts Receivable associate or accountant
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and any accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting (Preference B.com/M.com)
