This position requires an end to end knowledge of T&E processes. One should have good exposure (not limited to) in the field such as Concur Expense Management Tool, Expense Report Audit Management, Corporate Card and Purchase Card program management, excellent query management skills, month end activities, Reporting, good command over excel, established track record of policy compliance and creating process improvement opportunities. S/He is expected to perform end to end T&E activities with minimal support.

Job Responsibilities –

• Expense Report Review and processing
• Query Management
• Adhering to the internal SLA/TAT
• Month end accounting activities
• Supporting employees with Corp Card/Purchase Card queries
• Deliver/support Internal/External/SOX audit requirements
• Involvement in ad-hoc project related activities with focused approach on Continuous improvement and automations
• Deliver/support monthly/ad-hoc T&E reporting requirements
• Perform T&E accounts reconciliation/Bank reconciliations
• Maintain and uphold internal T&E/Other policies/guidelines while performing the day to day activities
• Troubleshoot any SAE/Interface related activities and advise on the best possible approach to avoid recurrence
• Maintain and prepare SOPs/Process documentation
• Exposure to Power BI/Macro will be an added advantage
• Create/Pulls/Prepare report using Concur BI tool

Qualifications

• B.Com./MBA Finance or M.Com.
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in T&E domain
• Exposure to Oracle/D365
• End to End knowledge in the T&E domain
• Good communication skills and proven track record in delighting the customers
• Good team player
• Efficient in Excel/Power Point/Presentation
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Proactive in handling queries/ providing customer support/identifying issues
