JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Vendor Invoices Checking according to GST norms and other direct taxes
- Checking and Settlement of Various Types of Expense Claims
- Accounting entries for invoices and expense claims in ERP
- Co-ordination with other departments for invoice processing
- Journal Voucher accounting in ERP
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledge of TDS
- Knowledge of GST compliance
- Assisting in Monthly Closing Activity
- Assistance in Monthly GST return data preparation and filling
- Assistance in Monthly GST Reconciliation
- Assistance in Monthly TDS Reconciliation
- Filing of Vouchers and Other Documents
- Liaising with banks/ vendors
- Liaising with Auditors for Group Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Internal Audit
These responsibilities are not limitative and can be modified to reach the company’s goals and objectives as well as personal performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.com / M.com with 2-4 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of working in accounting system and MS office (Excel. word , power point) and good communication skills.
