TOMIA is Hiring Master’s (Accounting/Finance)/ CA/CMA As Bookkeeper At Bangalore  Full Time

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Process supplier invoices by ensuring accuracy and approvals in place.
• Review accounts payable aging and work closer to various stack holders
• Generate AR invoices based on Sales Orders, Contracts and Project Plans.
• Review accounts receivable aging for collection issues and works with Customers, Sales, and Project Management to resolve any issues.
• Work with the Netsuite ERP system to enhance financial reports and resolve technical issues
• Process monthly journal entries and prepare General Ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with external audits.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• CA/ CMA candidate preferred but not required
• Understanding of US GAAP
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems
• Upto 4 years of experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management
• Competencies to perform this job successfully an individual must be able to interact with clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Able to work independently (with minimal supervision) to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Able to review documents in a highly detailed manner
• Interest in Financial Systems (Netsuite, Salesforce)
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Dedicated team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Education and/or Experience master’s degree in accounting/Finance is required.

Language Skills – An individual must also have excellent communication in English both oral and written, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
