What You’ll Do
- Assist in Indian tax compliances across Direct Tax matters covering areas such as tax computation, preparation of corporate tax return and other related statutory filing’s.
- Assist in Indian tax compliances across Indirect Tax matters with specific focus on GST matters covering computation of tax liability, filing of returns and service tax refunds.
- Support across International taxation and transfer pricing related compliances, like finalising the transfer pricing report for the India as well as TIBCO group companies.
- Support in filing tax returns in India for the TIBCO group companies including preparing/reviewing state returns for US entity.
- Preparation of quarterly tax packages and monthly accrual/provision entries for group as well statutory reporting.
- Should assist in the income tax assessments, appeals and other notice received from the Government authorities for Direct/Indirect/ International Tax.
- Liaising with the auditors as part of audit matters relating to tax.
Who You Are
- Chartered Accountant with at least 2-5 years of experience in either Big 4 or a multinational company operating in the IT/ITES sector. Alternatively the person needs to be Graduate with additional qualification/specialization in taxation.
- Detailed knowledge of Indian Tax Laws as well as working experience in various US/Global tax matters with specific emphasis on preparation and filing of tax returns.
