Credit Executive
We are looking for Customer Credit and Collection expert. In this role you will manage Accounts Receivable including aging, follow-up and customer statements for one or several legal entities. Work within defined functional / technical processes and procedures or methodologies and help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
You will be an Individual Contributor based in Chakan, Pune
What You Will Do
As Credit Executive, you will:
- Work independently with oversight focused only on complex new assignments
- Complete a variety of atypical assignments and Concentrate on own short-term goals and tasks at hand.
- Be responsible for A/R follow up (including aging analysis)
- Be responsible for Customer statement handling
- Book incoming payments and if outsourced, main contact with outsourcer for bank bookings
- Regularly follow up the status of credit and collection activities
- Be responsible for book closing activities related to credit and collection
- Run Direct Debet transactions and follow up
- Manage Masterdata for Customers
- Run Dunning for Customers
Who You Are
We believe you have:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with specific skills in Accounts Receivable, Customer contact or sales administration experience
- Qualification: MBA (Finance)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, thorough with accounting principles
- Comprehensive knowledge in SAP
- Good command on communication and knowledge of MS office.
