Svaya Robotics Pvt. Ltd is Hiring B.COM/M.COM/ Cost Accountant As Senior Accounts Executive At Hyderabad Full Time

Svaya is seeking a Accounts Executive with experience in discrete manufacturing industries. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and driving timely completion of the month-end financial closure. Diligently manage company accounts: accounts payable, payroll, inventory, sales order entry, accounts receivable, general ledger, statutory filings (GST, Income Tax etc.) and maintain books for eternal audit

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close of the general ledger in Tally including assisting in the preparation of month end journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare monthly financial statements and related analysis of actual results to budget
• Manage the Accounts Payable function, which includes the processing of vendor invoices, review and approval of expense reports, check runs and Form16 filings
• Oversee the Payroll function, including reviewing and approving monthly payroll reports
• Assist with payroll tax filings, PF, ESIC, F-16’s etc., and resolving payroll related issues
• Manage the accounting for inventory transactions
• Manage the Sales Order Entry and Accounts Receivable functions including generating invoices, cash collections, the posting of cash receipts, interaction with clients regarding past due balances and open aging analysis
• Manage the accounting for all revenue transactions including the proper revenue recognition in compliance with the latest accounting pronouncements
• Coordinate monthly and annual external audit
• Establish and/or update accounting policies & procedures

Key Skills and Experience

• Should have 6+ years’ experience in maintaining accounts
• Have good experience with accounting software TALLY
• Solid understanding of accounting standards
• Experience working with external auditors and compliances
• Experience with manufacturing/inventory accounting a plus
