Job Summary

SGO Finance – Global OPEX, MIS, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis & Forecasting

Areas Of Responsibility

MIS reporting of Sun Global Operations (SGO) Finance Business
Managing & maintaining global financial planning and reporting systems
Partnering with SGO (Manufacturing Sites) in understanding key performance drivers, which includes analysis of Global Expenses, Production Volumes, Efficiency & Other Variances
Managing the monthly and quarterly MIS Reporting and tracking the variances between Budget vs Actuals with analysis
Preparation, Presentation & Analysis of annual OPEX Budgets at a global level, entailing ~38 manufacturing sites
Involvement in Quarterly Financial Reviews and assisting in making presentations
Preparation of other monthly reports, as well as any ad-hoc reporting requirements from the MD Office
Liaise and partner with various internal stakeholders and provide help in global functions/support functions reporting
Co-ordinate with IT for automation of reports
Work towards continuous improvements of the overall process and function
