Spice Route Finance is Hiring B. COM/M. COM/ CA-INTER/CMA-INTER As Senior Finance Executive At Bangalore Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Manage day to day accounting for the company
– Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures
– Set a monitoring process for all revenue and cost items and maintain a schedule for major expenses.
– Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a weekly basis
– Ensure timely bank payments and passing entries in a proper way
– Ensure statutory compliance for TDS, TCS, GST & Other Taxes
– Co-ordinate in getting the audit completed on time.
– Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
– Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
– Complies with central, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
– Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
– Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Coordinate with operational teams and management team to collect required information for updating books of accounts on a timely manner
– Establish and follow a proper filing system for both offline and online documents
– Possess proper communication skills to get the work done on a timely basis.
– Have proper understanding of applicable statutes for the business
– Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis along with required working schedule
REQUIREMENTS :
– Educational Qualifications: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
– CA Articles Experience would be an added advantage.
– Minimum of 5 years experience in handling accounts function.
– Good communication skills.
