Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the Account Payables process specifically in any ERP product
- Understand US client specific business process and validations related to voucher entry process.
- To display effective analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Interact directly with Clients
- Must be opened to work extended hours to take up client calls, interacting with onshore / Onsight counterpart.
Requirement:
- Understanding of Accounts Payables PO Voucher entry process.
- Understanding match exceptions and other scenarios that hold up payment in Accounts payables process
- Validating sales/use tax
- Validating Shipping/Handling/Freight
- Validating Remit-To address on invoice and Payment tabs
- CA/ICWA/Company Secretary/MBA Finance from reputed organization
Desired Skills/Good to have:
- Good command over spoken & written English
- Prior Voucher entry with Peoplesoft experience
- Self-driven and result oriented
