Summary:
Good Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes- Oxyley.
Working experience of US GAAP( IFRS 15/ ASC 606)
Relevant experience in handling month end closing
Relevant experience in handling Statutory Audit.
CA with 0-3 years of experience or MBA full time – Pursuing CA or CA intermediate also works.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Strong Analytical skills.
