Job Description:
What’s the Role? The Accounts team member is responsible for accounting, taxation, book-keeping, and associated activities. In addition, responsible for special projects and other activities falling within scope of work as defined by the company. Key deliverables include achieving prescribed company objectives with respect to accuracy, honesty, integrity, confidential, safety, productivity, customer service. Responsibilities/ Duties 1.Preparing Accounts, Accounting • The Accounts team member must verify Bills, Tax Invoices, Statutory requirements, vouchers, ledgers & book daily accounting entries in Quick Books • Bank book & cash book entries • Prepare the statements / reports including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. • Make timely customer & vendor ledger reconciliation to avoid disputes • All accounting standards are being followed by fellow associates in the accounts department. • Bank Reconciliation, Assets management, GST, TDS & Stat compliance. 2. Book-Keeping / Accounting Records • Physical and digital records so that they can be referred and shared among the sale, purchase, journal voucher, cash vouchers, and all other book-keeping as an audit point and future reference of view etc in the organization. EBRC compliance. • Keep updated index of files & other necessary records 3. Communicating with Clients, Vendors, and other Agencies/Personnel • The Accounts team member communicates with clients to verify the amounts related to bills payable or receivable. • He also communicates with the external auditors and provides them all the records as they conduct audit as per instruction of account head. Criteria for the Role! • Candidate having the deep knowledge of the accounting process. • GST, TDS & All Stat compliance • Worked in Any ERP software like Tally QB etc. Competency • Analytical Skills • Critical Thinking • Interpersonal Communication • Adaptability • Time Management • Business Acumen • Team Collaboration
