Nephroplus is Hiring Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA(F) As Manager Finance Accounts Receivable At Hyderabad Full Time

Job Description:

Nephroplus is looking for candidates who can handle Accounting, all accounts receivables and all audits related to the
company. Result oriented, willing to travel and demonstrate outstanding customer centric behavior. Must be a team
player with effective communication skills to deal with team members and all levels within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact to the assigned centres from finance & payments perspective
• Handle petty cash accounting, review and payments for the centres assigned
• Handle utility bills & any other payments that are incurred at centres
• Debit notes accounting, expenses analysis on month on month basis
• Analytical review of expenses and provide insights on wasteful or excess expenditure
• Ensure timely balance reconciliation with the Hospital
• Forecast and measure accounting projections against achieved
• Measure the collections against the targets set for Hospitals
• Ensure timely escalation of issues

Job Specification:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred MBA – Finance or relevant PG programs
• Experience required: 2 to 5 years
• Regular travelling to Centres
• Reporting to CFO /O2C Manager
• Possess good accounting knowledge
• Based out at Support office in Hyderabad
