• MANAGEMENT REPORTING – preparation of store P&L & KPI dashboards, presentations for Internal, Regional & International review.
• Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.
• Role requires strong communication skills as it involves regular interaction with the Senior Finance Team on the onshore.
• Support resolution of the issues/bottlenecks in the reporting process.
• To assist in the validation and processing of journals as required, in an accurate and timely manner to achieve month end close.
• Job Purpose: Good GL analytics with experience in Plant Accounting.
• Collaborate with counterparts to set direction, develop and own initiatives to standardize reporting and financial processes with the aim to improve productivity and quality, eliminate duplication and encourage best practice sharing.

Requirements

• Able to identify improvement opportunities and introduce these into the immediate work area and also across the wider team.
• Excellent influencing, communication and engagement skills at varying levels within the organization;. Proactive and self-starter;. Ability to challenge the stakeholders;. Presence to interact with Senior management;. Broad knowledge of finance processes within Shell (e.g. planning processes);. Ability / flexibility to deal with continuous change;. Incumbent is responsible for analyzing finance proposals.
• Financial Analysis, Accounting Principles, GAAP knowledge.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience is a must.
• Willing to work in a start-up environment and ability to set up things from scratch.
• Strong command of financial statements, including P and L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Extensive experience with accounting, reporting, and analysis.
