Role Mission

The Accounts Executive will be a key contributor in managing day to day accounting processes. This position will help us manage Accounts Payable, and report accurate and timely financial data within a defined process.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting entries of day today transactions in ERP.
• Processing of vendors invoices and committed payments within the due date.
• Reconciliation of outstanding balances with vendors on monthly basis.
• Accounting of inter-company invoices and reconciliation of outstanding balances with respective inter-company on monthly basis.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
• Preparation of data for payment of TDS on monthly basis.
• Preparation of data for filing of ETDS returns on quarterly basis for Form 26Q and Form 27Q.
• Preparation of data for GSTR-3B and GSTR-6 (Input Tax Credit to be availed post reconciliation of balances as per books vs GSTR-2A and GST-6A).
• Maintaining and accounting of petty cash of Head Office and ensuring the book balance and physical balance match.
• Preparation of MIS of committed expenses on monthly basis.
• Preparation of schedules for Profit and Loss A/c, Balance Sheet and notes to accounts for statutory audit.
• Preparing data related to filing of MSME return on half yearly basis

Job Requirements

• Educational Requirements: CA (Inter)/M. Com/B. Com
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ of experience in a similar role.
• Experience of working in JDE ERP would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of GST
