As a Associate Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will build and expand upon the testing framework and testing infrastructure of IAS’ core ad verification, analytics and anti-ad fraud software products.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detailed-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment. You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.
What you’ll get to do:
- Client Inquiries & Credit Note:
- Track & allocate client inquiries (tickets) on billing
- Retrieving & resending of invoices to customer
- Prepare data file & supporting information for issuing of credit notes (pricing, information, address)
- Liaise with CSM & Sales team for correction
- Receivable & Collection:
- Prepare & send SoA (Statement of Account)
- Resolve client issues
- Track & liaise with client for payment, with potential escalation & dunning process
- Support improvement of collection & receivable performance (DSO)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Continuous improvement
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and due diligence that lead to streamlining and successful audits
You should apply if you have most of this:
- Experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable or billing
- Fluency in English and if able to converse in another APAC language is a plus (in order to liaise with the English & APAC language speaking associates)
