IndiGo is Hiring CA As Assistant Manager- Indirect Tax At Gurgaon Full Time

• Obtaining necessary approvals & NOC from customs authorities with respect to periodical re-export of leased aircrafts;
• Finalizing and filing of appeals/writs in consultation with legal counsels;
• Liaison and appearance before customs and appellate authorities in adjudication and other related matters;
• Drafting & finalization of replies to show cause notices/letters;
• Assistance in inquiries/summons by tax investigation/intelligence authorities in co-ordination with internal stakeholders and counsels;
• Addressing & resolving customs related concerns raised by Company’s operational teams;
• Drafting suitable responses for the investor’s call queries from tax perspective;
• Submission of litigation update to auditors on quarterly basis and addressing auditor’s queries;
• Maintaining updated database for bonds and undertakings furnished before customs authorities and continuous monitoring thereto;
• Undertaking periodical review of customs classification of aircraft parts in co-ordination with operational team and legal counsels

Qualification: Chartered Accountant having 2-4 years of post qualification experience; Must have good communication skills; Must be good at MS Office
