§ Support in implementation of changes to HR systems
§ Support in development, enhancement, upgrades, and maintenance of HR systems
§ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely execution of projects
§ Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using HR systems
§ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
§ Experience with other HR technology systems supporting the various areas of HR such as ATS, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Life Cycle management etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve cross functional goals.
Educational & Professional Qualification
Management Graduate/Post Graduate with over 5 years of experience.
Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Project Plan)
