About the Role:

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including, purchase orders, invoices, Credit cards etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Preparation of payment schedule as per due date and processing of payments.
- Payment confirmations to vendors
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports eg. Vendor Aging, Advance Aging etc.
- Continuing to improve the payment process

- Experience and Qualification: Candidate should be M.com, MBA-Finance, CA -Inter, CMA inter with 3+ years of experience in Accounts payable/ Procure to Pay(P2P) function.
- Having experience of Global AP process is desirable
