Harsco Corporation is Hiring B. COM/ M. COM/MBA(F) As Analyst (Accounts Payable) – Evening Shift At Hyderabad Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into COUPA system
• Coding of manual invoices/ Non-PO Invoices into COUPA system
• Supports the Invoice Inbox to assigned AP owners and create COUPA invoices from supplier submitted invoices
• Review and validate essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries
• Reviews month-end accrual reports and outstanding invoices that have not been approved.  Voids invoices and disputes invoices back to supplier as needed.
• PO issue identification and query resolution
• Customer queries handling/ Mail box management
• Put appropriate comments for invoices on hold and release after the investigation
• Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities
• Documentation of the process and creation/ update of standard operating procedure
• Evening Shift – 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM

Experience, Knowledge, and Education Requirements

Technical Requirements

• 2-3 years accounts payable experience
• Basic understanding of general accounting principles
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office
• COUPA system knowledge will be an added advantage
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Education

·       B. Com/ M. Com / MBA in finance
