Gilbarco Inc is Hiring B. COM/Semi Qualified CA/ MBA/CMA As Assistant Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis At Mumbai Full Time

•    Partnering with business in commercial decision-making process.
•    Support sales & marketing team with financial inputs for tendering/quoting process. Evaluate and aid decision making process.
•    Review financial performance with the Senior Management team on a monthly/regular basis by ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
•    Strong/depth knowledge in understanding the construct of balance sheets, PL and statements as per Indian GAAP and USGAAP for performing analysis
•    Responsible for driving key metrics for the organization based on global priorities as per Vontier policies
•    Review books of accounts and prepare reports for financial review
•    Responsible for managing budgets and actual. Drive corrective actions for ensuring spend is within the overall budget for the country. Co-ordinate and proactively engage with individual teams for expense control.
•    Experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting of Project Accounting is required.
•    Will own the Financial Forecast and Budgeting including Balance Sheet forecasting and Receivables Management.
Education & Experience:  The ideal candidate will have
Total Experience in years: 2-3 years
Graduation/ Degree: Bachelor of Commerce ( B. Com )
Post-Graduation/ PGDM: Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years.
Other preferred courses/ certifications: ICWA/MBA Finance

Background and Skills:  The ideal candidate will have
Domain (Preferred Industry) – Engineering – Finance and Accounts
Skills required (in detail)
•    Proficient and strong working knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint.
•    Working knowledge of SAP/IFS
•    Strong relationship and interpersonal skills to be applied in working across different functions
•    Understanding of USGAAP & IGAAP is a requirement
•    Capable of understanding the balance sheet and evaluate financial performance of the company.
•    Aggressive in driving core value drivers for Vontier.
•    Strong dispute resolution and mediation skills to handle issue escalation and to drive win-win outcomes for both parties
•    Strong ability to communicate with business leaders to understand requirements, expectations and value measures
