Job Description & Qualifications
Audit the accuracy of pro-forma invoices [billing image] against order and pricing by selecting the optimum sample from the population of vehicles invoiced and to be invoiced. Perform audit trail verification of inputs made to the invoicing system
- Download relevant ordering records and prepare Ageing metrics
- Perform Audit Trail verification
- Record findings & ensure closure with correction
- Select sample invoices for verification
- Verify the billing images against orders and prices
- Record Billing image observation with the findings
- Follow-up with the Analyst to action / close the open issues
- Maintain S-Ox documents
- Maintaining generic mail ID
