About The Position
The accountant will be responsible for the daily Accounts Payable operations including coordination with other departments to resolve open items and questions as well as within the accounting team to ensure that payments are processed timely and in alignment with company policies.

What To Expect in this Position:

- Processing of AP invoices
- Prepare pay runs weekly for review and processing
- Vendor Management
- Review expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies
- Manage corporate credit card account
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Assist with annual audit requirements and coordination with external auditors
- Posting Intercompany allocations of shared vendor bills
- Fixed assets management and reporting
What Sets You Apart:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA/Chartered Accountant certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Accounting
- Expert Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large number of adhoc requests
- Ability to analyze large data sets
- Experience with Netsuite a plus
