About Team
You will be part of order to cash vertical comprising various AR operations like Billing- Software Licence and maintenance, Data processing, billing support functions, customer MDM, Contract Valuation and Terminations, AR collection and Customer Service representative
What you will be doing
This position is for billing analyst with a defined role in reviewing and setting up customers in SAP and other billing system. CA will also be responsible for invoice uploads, credit review, direct debits and other customer MDM related activities.
What you bring:
- Ensure prompt and accurate update of client addresses and contacts
- Ensure client account maintenance are handled accurately
- Review credit memo requests received in GetPaid
- Working knowledge of invoice uploads in different portals
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and special requests
- Assist with special projects as needed
- knowledge of Billing – various types of billing – Maintenance, Fixed Price, Milestone etc
- Knowledge of Contracts and concepts like Credit Notes, Re-bill
Skills
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce
- 1-3 years’ experience in billing operations and customer maintenance
- Detail oriented and regard for timeliness
- Ability to multitask and flourish in time-pressured role
- Be open to work for extended hours as per specific requirements such as month-close
- Strong Accounting Knowledge – Billing operations, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting
- Good Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
- Good in MS Excel
- Ability to understand and resolve queries from business units and collections
- Ability to co-relate figures, do analysis, and make relevant comments
- Basic knowledge of reserve provisions and revenue accounting
- A good team player
- Experience of working with global/other teams
- High regard for deadlines and deliverables
- Owning the work assigned to ensure it completeness without compromising timeliness or accuracy.
Qualifications

- 1-3 years’ experience in billing operations
