This role will require working as part of the Balance Sheet Leverage & Capital “BSLEC” Finance Change team. Multiple projects run under the BSLEC portfolio managing systems and process changes across Capital, Leverage & Balance sheet space. The role requires a good understanding of the data flows within the system architecture and setting up data governance around all the data required for capital/leverage and Balance sheet.
The candidate will be working in a globally distributed team across multiple offices and time zones, therefore will need to balance the ability to work independently alongside co-ordination with the rest of the team. They will be required to challenge the business to push the boundaries of their current approach in order to drive improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Opportunity to work as a Business Analyst in the Business Process and Controls area for a large and high-profile Program
• You will conduct detailed process analysis (via user interviews, workshops etc.) and develop process maps and data flow diagrams as needed
• You will collaborate on operational improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end cases
• You will assist Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure SoX and Regulatory Reporting Framework compliance for their respective projects
• You will partner with business collaborators in order to elicit business requirements as a result of new regulation (FINMA, FED, PRA) or changes in IT infrastructure and partner with IT to deliver the solution.
