Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationship with our bankers
- Processing wires and executing fund movements with multi-currency bank accounts in accordance with the company policies, (eg Wire, ACH) for various payment such as vendor invoices, taxes, payroll and intercompany funding
- Coordinate with accounts receivable team and accounts payable team in processing collections and payments in NetSuite
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries as part of month end close activities
- Support global banking operations, including payments such as vendor invoices, taxes, payroll and intercompany funding
- Support in preparing various compliance documents and reporting requirement from bankers
- Participate in fraud prevention measures such as verification of third-party bank information details
- Support various treasury related automation initiatives
- Conscientious effort in maintaining an effective control environment.
Requirements:
- Master in Business Administration or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of recent experience on treasury function, with international treasury experience is preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality with a strong sense of professional integrity
- Experience with working various accounting software systems, and a plus with experience in Coupa, Netsuite or TM5
- Highly analytical with exceptional organization and prioritization skills, and proven ability to meet hard deadlines
- Strong commitment to customer service and ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbally
- Able to commit in US timezone
- Ability to work cohesively with multiple people in a fast-paced team environment
