Position: Senior Financial Analyst – Billing
BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION: Senior analyst Billing will support Cornerstone Sales billing activities and will be a critical resource to help adopt industry best practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will be part of Finance Shared Services team based in Pune, serving as an extension of the onshore teams based in Tel-Aviv and North America.
In this role you will…
- Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and invoices are issued timely to customer.
- The position requires working closely with Manager (Order to Cash) who is based out of US/EMEA. Ensuring all month/quarter close activities are performed timely.
- Validation of data to be used for billing out from Zuora and Salesforce.
- Investigate and resolve billing queries. Resolve cases assigned in Salesforce.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Manage performance of all Order to Cash team members in India shared services.
- Ensure process documentation including standard operating procedures & policies are updated and available to the business.
- Working on further streamlining the process by providing process improvements to improve efficiency and correctness.
- Consideration of privacy and security obligation
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
- B Com with CA/CMA/Inter CA/Inter CMA.
- Should have at least 8 years of experience in accounts of which at least 4 years in OTC process (mainly billing).
- Experience in a Software company and knowledge of ASC 606 is preferred.
- Experience of handling various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory).
- Very good oral and written communication in English is must.
- Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups and pivot tables. Must be able to work in Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Oracle ERP and Zuora is considered an asset.
- Ready to work in EMEA Shifts.
