Key responsibilities
Specific Duties
- Minimum 6 month to 1 year of experience in handling Accounts Payable-Payment activities independently with Oracle experience.
- Knowledge of banking processes and banking software.
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Should have hands on experience of creating and uploading payments on bank site.
- Sound knowledge of bank reconciliation concepts and experience of handing bank reconciliation independently(would be preferable).
- Working knowledge of Oracle based payment module and terminology.
- Should be able to deal with queries from banks.
- Should have knowledge of SEPA rules and regulations and restricted currencies for international payments.
- Should have clear understanding of the functionality of intermediary banks and relation with final beneficiary/bank.
- Candidate with knowledge of Global rules on cross borderPayments in Europe, Middle east regions, is preferred
Candidate should also have
- Strong Process Knowledge.
- High level of positive attitude and dedication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting systems.
- Professional approach to problem solving.
- Extremely dependable in maintaining restricted information.
- High level of Integrity.
- Strong proven track record.
- Should be willing to work in US Shifts(Free transportation provided)
Skills & Experience
Preference
- Minimum 6 month to 1 year of experience in handling Accounts Payable
- A graduate (B.com).
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge and experience in accounting systems.
- Knowledge of banking processes and banking software.
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts
