| Qualification & Experience : – MBA/CA/CS/ICWA/M. Com or First Class B. Com. Graduates. – Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in capital market preferably in Depository related operations, Stock Exchanges, Broking Firms or in compliance departments of other financial institutions. Job Description : – Conducting Audit of the Depository Participant for ensuring timely compliance with guidelines laid down by Depositories, SEBI, and other Regulatory Institutions. – Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating processes, and documentation. – Reporting audit findings by preparing a report; discussing findings and ensuring timely compliance – Stay well updated with latest regulatory requirements and contribute in developments required to be made in the Depository system. – Formulating SOP on actions by depository on regulatory circulars. – High level of integrity and honesty is desired – Good analytical and statistical skills. – Good verbal and written Communication skills. – Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint |
