Job Description
- Expect in I2P Process and having experience 7-8 years
- Ensure proper Accounting of invoice as per SLA & KPIs.
- Responsible of ensuring defined processes [quality] followed in the posted invoices.
- Guiding I2P accountant incase required.
- Follow with user for workflow approval.
- Assign proper error codes for the invoices that can’t be booked.
- Provide assistance to other Accounts Payable team members or Payment team as needed.
- Regular review on supplier account open, Clearing GLs and follow-up with supplier for pending invoices.
- Good Knowledge in Indian Taxation.
- Preparation of monthly MIS & KPIs
Qualifications
M.COM/MBA(Finance)/CA-Inter/CMA-Inter
