BOBST is Hiring Qualified CS OR CA/CMA Inter As Deputy Manager – Finance At Pune Full Time

• Monitor accounts classification / synchronization with SWISS reporting & Local GAAP reporting and overall scrutiny for all sub module and GL.
• Preparation and circulation of internal MIS report.
• Compliance as per Companies Act 2013 provisions, arranging and holding, quarterly board meetings, annual general meeting, annual CSR committee meeting, maintaining and signing minutes of the meeting. Preparation of annual directors’ report and other compliance forms and reports from time to time on MCA website on due dates.
• Assistance in compilation and preparation of projections for forecast / budget – quarterly/yearly.
• Audit co ordination of statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit. Finalisation of annual IGAAP financials.
• Yearly/quarterly/monthly variance analysis of expenses and with budget / forecast and monthly circulation of expense report to management.
• Preparation, upload and analysis of monthly & quarterly Swiss GAAP financial reporting.
• Any other work assigned by Management.

• Strong and practical excel tool experience.
• Should have experience of general ledger scrutiny

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows tools.
• Written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and communication
• To be organized and persistent
• Excellent team player, should be able to manage team of 1-2 members
• SAP FICO module strong working knowledge is must.

• Qualified CS or CA / CWA inter, with 5+ years’ experience in finance role, mainly in financial reporting process.
• Candidate having an experience of 2-3 year in SAP FICO reporting process of MNC is an advantage.
