POSITION PURPOSE:

The Senior Associate will proactively work on Vendor & Customer Master Data and accountable for actions related to outstanding creations, unresolved disputes and other matters. He will collaborate with multiple departments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer focus, handling issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company and identifying opportunities for improvement.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle Generic Mailbox, resolve customer queries and reply within agreed TAT.
Ensure to handle work allocation, Validation of QC report (automated report),
Handle Master Data process.
Help SME with training plan for new joiners & refresher trainings for the existing team and review the error log.
Should be able to resolve all queries received in generic mailbox and reply to same within 1 WD TAT.
Ensure accurate quality check is performed on sample extracted & all errors are logged on daily basis and appropriate preventive actions are updated in alignment with team.
Support in preparation of Metric reporting, Internal/ External Audit.
Share and contribute in process improvement ideas through forums etc.
Should be able to plan and help prioritize the work allocation on daily basis and share status with SME/ Leads.

WHO YOU ARE:

B. Com/ M. Com/MBA finance or any other suitable accounting degree
Functional Experience in S2P/O2C will be good
Professional experience (3-4 years and more) in Master Data area, qualified and extended experience in a shared service center.
Advanced in MS Office; good knowledge of SQL applications, very good knowledge of SAP (SAP, MDG-S/C, YOUR-DOCeS, SSF).
Prior experience on Master Data is added advantage
Detailed compliance knowledge as well as broad overview of impacted processes in SSCDN
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Experience in interacting with different stakeholders (Business / Finance / SSCDN)
