Job Duties

Reviews all records associated with bills to ensure accuracy.
Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Ensures that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customers.
Analyzes all billing procedures
Obtains billing approval from superiors.
Prepare invoices for customers.
Meets all billing deadlines.
Reconciles billing records and reports income projections
Assists and supports all billers.
Assist with customer account reconciliations
Address customer complaints and questions
Participates in audits when necessary.
Prepare analytical reports and produces reports for the management upon request or on a regular basis.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

MBA- Finance & Accounts / post-graduation or Graduate – Commerce.
Previous experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role.
Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness
Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
An ability to work independently
Must have very good verbal and writing skills
Must have expertise in Excel.
Possesses the ability to work independently with little supervision.
Has the ability to manage stressful situations, particularly when closing out a month.
Exposure to tools like Zuora, Xero, NetSuite and similar ERP systems
Open to work in UK shifts
