| Job Purpose |
| The position is that of Manager in Corporate Accounts and managing large capex negotiations for Asian Paints alongside technical projects team. |

Key Performance Indicators |
| · Be a part of evaluations for all major projects handled by Manufacturing Technology team – Play an active role in the technical and commercial evaluations of projects.
· Vendor evaluations · Explore opportunities for cost savings · Engage with vendors for negotiations · Perform trend analysis for major material purchases and ensure projects are within the budgeted numbers. Major deviations if any, are timely highlighted · Check for subsidy / benefits available to the entity and maximize their utilizations · Ensure all statutory compliances for the project are followed and complied with · Perform checks in relation to vendor’s capability to deliver the project, highlight risks associated in the transaction and suggest suitable mitigation strategies · Track the project costs and timeline and provide inputs to management in respect of time and cost overruns, if any periodically · Prepare reports for consumption of top management regarding project status · Liaison with multiple teams in Corporate Finance to enable smooth functioning of the project i.e., Legal, Finance, SSC, Taxation, Corp. Accounts FA team etc. · Conduct periodic reviews with the vendor to ensure desired service levels and standards are being maintained |
