Job Purpose |
Active support in managing the compliance portal to keep the portal up-to-date & running. Interact with users function to collect the date for MIS reporting. Providing real time support for all type of issues/ queries to the users of the compliance portal. Providing legal support to the functions within the organization on matters of law. |

Main Responsibilities | v Compliance Portal Administration
o To keep the portal up to date with content related changes 1. By formatting the checklists and uploading the same in the portal within timelines as set in the Compliance Manual 2. To carry out minor changes like dates, frequency, users etc. in the portal as per the requirements received from user functions. o To keep the portal up to date with organizational changes 3. To create new organisations in the poral as and when new warehouses, offices and manufacturing units are set up or existing units are shifted. 4. To create new users in the system and provide them access to the portal 5. To carry out reassignments within timelines as set in the Compliance Manual 6. To check with user functions on monthly basis for any changes in the users, organisations, roles etc. and carry out changes accordingly. o Routine checks of the portal to verify whether the portal is working properly o To be single point of contact for all portal related support required by all the users & link between APL IT team & vendors. o Assist in conducting various portal related trainings for users. v Compliance reporting o To ensure timely reporting of compliance status by users through – 1. Weekly reporting of the status to the business & functions 2. Regular follow up for implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) 3. Circulating MIS received on compliances for depots from Central IR team o Assisting in collecting the compliance certificates issued by business & function heads. v Data collection and compilation o Sourcing of data for preparation of Quarterly Compliance Reports, Environment Board Note and Status of Statutory Notices received by business units o Preparing presentation for quarterly meetings with business functions head. o Sourcing of statutory non-compliance observed by functions like Internal Audit, CQS and HR/IR and cross check status with the status reported in portal. v Research and Analysis o Tracking regulatory updates on a daily basis o Summarizing key changes o Impact analysis o Researching relevant judgements passed by competent Courts o Inputs for compilation of Corporate Bulletin o Maintaining a Repository of Updates/case laws |

b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): | Maintain cordial relationship within & outside the function and also with external vendors. |
c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) | All the plants, depots, offices of Asian Paints Ltd & group companies including Subsidiaries (Indian and international) and Joint ventures. |
