Team Summary

Based out of Hyderabad, the FP&A team is responsible for firm wide management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. We partner with key stakeholders to help run the business, and produce high-quality analytics to enable decision-making across the Company. We are looking for a resourceful and self-driven finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills who is capable of partnering with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Be a finance business partner and support business in both BAU and strategic activities
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs
• Assist BU leadership in achieving committed business performance and targets
• Providing analyses and delivering insights that link financial reports to business strategies
• Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance by continuous discussions with the stakeholders

What You’ll Need

• MBA in Finance or CA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior personnel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in corporate FP&A processes such as business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
