Functional Skill:

• Finalization & Consolidation of Annual Accounting Statements
• Hands on experience in handling Statutory Audits and able to lead the internal audit team.
• Able to formulate the budget exercise, able to make various analysis and reports (preparation of MIS reports for providing feedback to top management on financial performance, viz, fund management, cost control, profitability, etc.) to present with to Top Management.
• Highlight and analyses the difference between projected & actual results along with action plan for implementation of corrective actions.
• Handled the entire gamut of taxation activities encompassing tax planning, deducting tax at source as per income tax laws and filling of TDS return, filling of income tax/ returns & preparing details for scrutiny cases.
• Excellent knowledge in Compliance of GST, Maintenance of all books of accounts, finalization of financials, treasury management, taxation direct / indirect, banking operations, payables management, statutory compliances, factory accounts, costing etc.

Soft Skill:

1. Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures in consultation with top management to facilitate internal financial control & management.

3. Effective communicator with exceptional relationship management, analytical skills, time and resource management, conflict resolution, teaching and mentoring others.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Chartered Accountant having a min. work experience of 10 – 12 years in large professionally managed companies.

Must have good communication skills to be able to interface with Government and Statutory departments for various reasons.

Must have sound knowledge of ERP System .

Candidate must have knowledge about Accounting, Team Handing, Auditor Co-ordination, Finalization, Consolidation, Factory Inventory, GST, Costing, MIS/ Budgeting, NPPA/ CPCO, SAP
